Biography
Leonard S. Hyman, consultant on utility finance and economics and frequent contributor to OilPrice.com, was a senior industry advisor to investment banking at Salomon, Smith Barney and head of utility research at Merrill Lynch. He served on advisory panels for Electric Power Research Institute, U.S. Congress Office of Technology Assessment and NASA. He is author of seven books on utility finance and economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
